Meet River! River is a 3-year-old German Shepherd/Carolina dog mix who has been rescued from a high kill shelter in California and has travelled to upstate New York to find his forever home! He is very friendly when meeting new people, walks well on a leash, rides well in a car, and loves to play with his toys! River loves to get pets, go for long walks, or relax on his bed. River is crate-trained and house-trained, neutered and microchipped. He really enjoys spending time with his humans whatever they may be doing. River has been fully trained and knows basic commands.
