Meet Luria! She is a 2 year year old, 33 lb hound mix... but unlike a typical hound, she is really quiet! She has the most adorable little Wonder Woman headband forehead marking, and is a little less reserved and braver than her sister, Ellia, who she is being fostered with. They are not a bonded pair and can be adopted separately! Luria is very reserved at first, but LOVES to play and with patience and love will come out of her shell in no time. She is fully potty trained and crate trained and VERY food motivated! Her favorite food is the dog treat version of cheese-its. She loves to play with her sister and canine foster siblings and does the cutest little hops to get them to play with her. When she and her (more timid) sister play, she will flip herself onto the ground as if she’s been pinned - just for the fun of it! She is so much fun and has such a funny and sweet personality. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
