About Green Bean
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Green Bean! This 1-year-old, 50-pound hound/terrier mix is happiest romping around outside when it’s warm and dry, but when the weather’s not to his liking, he’d much rather curl up on your lap and shower you with affection. Green Bean is a clever and quick-learning pup: he’s mastered crate and potty training as well as basic commands. While he’s still working on perfecting his leash skills, his biggest wish is to become a fetch champion—he’s already practicing by chasing a ball down a hill all by himself! Green Bean has some endearing quirks. He strongly dislikes cold weather or wet grass, and prefers eating his meals lying down. He’ll even tip out his food, savor it, and enjoy a nap all at once. Green Bean is wonderful with children and enjoys playing with both big and small dogs. But nothing matches how excited he gets to see his person—Green Bean does more than just wag his tail; he wiggles his whole body with joy. With his love for summer, cuddles, mischief, and kisses, this sweet boy will fill your home with happiness. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
