Wilma is an 11-lb. approximately 2-year-old sweetheart who is learning what it means to finally belong.  She is gentle to the core and wants nothing more than to be close to her people. In fact, she is practicing the whole "lap dog" thing with the most adorably awkward posture - it is clear no one ever let her try before, but she is determined to make up for lost time.  She gets along wonderfully with dogs her own size and enjoys their company, though big dogs can feel a little overwhelming for her sometimes.  Cats? She believes they run the universe and respectfully gives them all the space they request. Wilma is generous with her affection and happily shares her love with any human who offers a kind hand. She is a big fan of bully sticks and liver treats, and she never turns down a good mean. Potty training is going great - just one accident since arriving in her foster home - and she's a quick learner. Wilma is the kind of little dog who quietly works her way into your heart.
