Hi, I'm Malakai — Lucien's brother and fellow soft-hearted pup looking for my forever home! I'm 7 months old and while I can be a little shy at first, I'm definitely the more confident brother in the duo. I warm up a bit faster than Lucien and am usually the first to start feeling brave in new situations. Once I know I'm safe and can trust you, my sweet and loving personality really shines. I'm gentle, affectionate, and happiest when I'm spending time with my people and soaking up love. I may need a little patience in the beginning, but I promise I'm worth it — underneath my cautious start is a loyal, loving best friend just waiting to blossom! Our organization is foster based which means that we really know and understand our dogs personalities as our volunteers live each day in their house with our rescued dogs. Our fosters are available to answer your questions and will give you all the details you need to know about our dogs such as if they are shy, are they outgoing, what is their energy level, are they couch potatoes, love bugs, kissers, lickers, so please do apply and ask our fosters questions - this will ensure you find your pur-fect match in our rescue!
