Meet Tabitha — a gorgeous tabby girl with the sweetest soul and a story that almost didn’t have a happy ending. Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR received a call from a man with an incredibly kind heart who simply could not turn away anyone in need — whether it was a homeless person or a homeless animal. Before long, his home was overflowing with cats, including seven nursing mamas, many kittens, and sweet sisters Tabitha, Tessa, and Tilly. By the time we arrived to help, little Tabitha was barely hanging on. We rushed her back to the rescue and spent days tube feeding her, fighting right alongside her and praying she would pull through. And this tiny girl did exactly that. She rallied with all the strength her little body had and quickly showed us just how grateful and loving she truly is. Now Tabitha is thriving and has turned into the most affectionate little companion. Her favorite place in the world is tucked into the crook of your arm like a baby, soaking up every bit of love she can get. She’s a champion biscuit maker, playful, cuddly, and absolutely adores people. After everything she’s overcome, Tabitha is now the picture of a happy, healthy kitten and is ready for a forever home where she will never have to struggle again.
