About Beckett

Beckett just arrived in Wisconsin from Georgia and is starting to settle into foster care after a rough beginning. He’s about 8 to 10 months old, likely a Border Collie and Labrador Retriever mix, found with his siblings as strays and initially terrified. Over time, Beckett has warmed up, trading fear for curiosity and gentleness with those around him. His progress at the shelter was steady—he learned to trust people and started showing his sweet nature. He’s now with a foster family getting a chance to adjust to real home life, learning basic skills and gaining confidence in a safe, patient setting. Beckett gets along well with other dogs and enjoys their company; he hasn’t been tested with cats or children yet. House training, crate training, and leash manners are works in progress, but he’s already responding well with consistency and support. If you’re looking for a young, gentle companion who just wants a safe place to grow, Beckett could be a great fit. He’s getting a true fresh start and will be ready to meet his forever family once he settles in a bit more. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
