About Iris
Iris is a 2-year-old, 65-pound sweetheart looking for someone who wants a loving, playful companion. She’s incredibly affectionate and happiest when she’s close to her people, joining in on all the action or snuggled right up next to you. Iris is goofy, loyal, and eagerly greets every day with a wag of her tail, ready for playtime, walks, or a good cuddle session. She’s dog-friendly and happy either as the only dog or with other friendly canines around. Respectful children are a great fit for her warm, patient nature. Iris is mostly house trained, does well in her crate, walks nicely on a leash, and enjoys her bones and toys. She has moderate energy and really loves having a yard to romp in, but she’ll settle right into any space where she’s included and loved. Her interactions with cats are still being figured out.
