Hi! I was a tough tom cat living in my neighborhood for years. Unfortunately, that meant a lot of roughing it in heat, cold, and rain, and it meant I had to fight for food. A very kind person noticed I had some issues with my eyes and brought me in to get checked out. I had an issue where my eyelids were curling in, so I had to have surgery to fix it, which is why my eyes look squinty. I am FIV+, which is typical for a guy like me, but don't let that stop you from coming to see me! I do have some scars here and there that show my past, but I promise I'm one of the sweetest boys you'll ever meet! I LOVE attention of every kind. I absolutely adore food and treats, and I love when people pet me and talk to me. I often greet people with a cute squeak/mew to let them know I am excited to see them! I will also lay in people's laps if they'll let me. I would love to go home to a family who will give me lots of affection and will have lots of time to spend with me. I'm good with other cats or by myself, but I really don't like dogs (too many bad experiences!), so I do need a home without dogs. I'm totally over the outdoor life, and I can't wait to have a family of my very own! I am still having some stomach issues, so I am not cleared for adoption yet, but I can go home as a foster to adopt! I am FIV+, but that's no big deal.
