Here's Your Quick Peek: Chowder can be a little sassy sometimes. For the most part Chowder is an absolute lover. He enjoys playing with other dogs or just being their companion. He enjoys people and loves attention from them, but sometimes he needs his space. Exercise: Moderate, Chowder is very chill and go with the flow. He loves walks! Best with: We think Chowder would do best with a family that has experienced dogs that need respected space before. Not ideal for: Homes with kiddos, homes looking for a dog that wants attention 24/7 Energy level: Low, Chowder is happiest when he can be right by your side just chilling. We don't know a lot about Chowder's past. Here's what we know. He doesn't like to be restrained at the vet's office. Who does? Sometimes he doesn't want attention or pets but always loves to be right by your side. Sometimes he flinches if you move too fast or tower over him. Chowder needs a family that will offer him love and compassion and a lot of understanding. He is a very sweet boy but with an unknown past he needs respect. Good with dogs: Yes! Chowder loves his friends! Good with kids: No - Chowder marches to his own drum and needs adults who understand this. Cats: UNK - but we can cat test him!
