Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability. Leo is an active and happy dog. He loves other dogs and would like a home where he can be active and playful. He loves to sniff and explore so walks or other exercise where he can use his nose (brain) and body would be perfect! He does need some additional work on basic skills such as calm leash walking and house training.
