Phoenix was found sitting right in the street, confused but still calm, after someone reportedly dumped him from a car. Abandonment is sadly too common, but Phoenix was one of the lucky ones who made it to a foster home. He's exceptionally friendly—he greets people by winding around their legs and actively seeks out affection. Cuddling is at the top of his list, and he enjoys curling up close for pets or naps. Phoenix shows his talkative Siamese nature and is always ready to hold a conversation with you. He enjoys being around other cats and gets along with dogs and children too.
