Bear is a handsome 6-year-old red Labrador Retriever with a heart as big as his name. He’s truly amazing in every way — friendly, loving, and ready to be someone’s perfect companion. When Bear came to us we quickly learned we had to address his allergies. He was allergy tested and none of them are severe but we still have opted to put him on Immunotherapy. Bear gets along wonderfully with other dogs, is great with cats (but we have learned he is allergic to them) and is gentle and trustworthy around kids, making him an ideal fit for just about any family. He is also fully house trained and does very well indoors. Bear can be left loose in the house or comfortably settled in a gated room when needed. At bedtime, he’s the sweetest — he loves curling up in his bed and is happy to wind down for the night. Whether he’s enjoying a walk, relaxing at home, or soaking up attention from his people, Bear is happiest when he’s part of the family.
