About Tammy

Tammy came to the rescue with four other dogs after their owner could no longer care for them. She started out very timid, often choosing to hide in the corner, but has begun to come out of her shell and now greets her foster mom with excitement. Tammy is a shy, small rat terrier and Jack Russell terrier mix, estimated to be around 2 years old and weighing about 14 lbs. While she remains cautious around new people, time and patience are helping her warm up. She gets along well with other dogs at the rescue but has not been tested around small children. Tammy is scheduled to be spayed and fully vaccinated before she’s ready to move on to a permanent home. Her adoption fee is $200. Your new best friend is just one click away.
