This confident girl knows exactly what she likes: sunny windows, cozy naps, gentle affection, and being the one and only queen of her kingdom. Dana thrives when she can soak up all the love and attention without sharing the spotlight with other pets. She’s independent, affectionate on her terms, and full of charm once she settles in. Whether she’s supervising your daily routine from her favorite perch or curling up nearby after a long day, Dana brings elegance and companionship wherever she goes. Dana is looking for a calm, loving home where she can reign supreme as the only pet. Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday. Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
