Stormy had a rough beginning—he was born in a shed right by a busy street before being rescued and brought to safety. He’s come a long way since then and is now well socialized through his time in foster care. Stormy is friendly once he’s gotten the chance to know you and opens up as he grows comfortable. He’s fully vetted, neutered, and has tested negative for Feleuk/FIV. His foster notes that he does best in a home with another cat, so if you’re seeking a companion for your resident kitty or planning to adopt two, Stormy would fit right in. He’s currently being fostered in the Columbia, MD area but is available for adoption in Westminster, MD. He is house trained, up to date on vaccines, and gets along with cats, dogs, and children.
