About Texas Toast
Texas Toast is a lively, young Mountain Cur mix who is eager to experience the comfort of a forever home. At about a year old, Toasty thrives on playtime outside and absolutely loves treats and praise. He’s bright and quick to learn—he already knows how to sit but still needs some help with a few other basics. Someone with patience and a gentle hand will get the most out of his potential. Toasty did well meeting tester cats—he’s respectful if a bit curious, so he could adapt to a home with cats that enjoy a respectful, playful dog around. He isn’t house trained yet, so expect a learning curve, but his food motivation makes him highly trainable. Meeting all family members before adoption is required. Texas Toast has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped, making him ready for his next chapter. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
