Meet Misha! She's an adorable senior Maltese girl we rescued on her last day. Misha was so scared in the shelter, she didn't make a good first impression to potential adopters. When her time ran out, the shelter set a euthanasia date for her. We were able to save her in the nick of time. Outside of the scary shelter, Misha's personality came out. She's very loving once she gets to know you, and is well behaved. We had her seen by our vet, including labs, and had her dental done. The vet said she's a healthy little girl. Misha is ready to meet her new person and shower them with love. She is only 7 lbs, is house trained, and well behaved. Misha is looking for someone who realizes that older girls deserve love too! Misha would make a great companion for someone who is retired or works from home. She also gets along well with other dogs. Even though she's 10 yrs old, small dogs like Misha live well into their late teens, so she's barely middle aged!
