King is on the Call to Action list right now because he has very few regular handlers and shows defensive, fear-based behavior when people try to approach him. He’ll bark or growl at times, but his typical reaction is to avoid having a leash put on. Volunteers are working to build up his trust and help him form positive connections with people.
