Meet our stunning red and white boy named Crush, like the orange soda! Crush is about 1 year old and he is a really fun dog! He absolutely loves squeaky toys and chasing tennis balls around. Crush is a big puppy who will steal your heart! We really aren't sure what Crush experienced in life before coming to our shelter, and he can be a little timid in new situations. We know he was being given away by a man at a gas station, and a kind woman who resides in our town offered to take Crush from this man before he was dumped or found himself in an even worse situation. Unfortunately, she was not able to keep him, but she wanted him to go to a safe place. After some talking, we agreed to take Crush as a surrender. We were told he was good with her dog and he was even good with her cats! Crush is an active and smart boy who is looking to please! He can be stubborn at times, but he is a big puppy who is still learning. Crush loves full body rubs and getting attention! He is ready and waiting to be adopted by his forever family! There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal. Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal. An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments. ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
