Equal parts shy sweetheart and tiny space cadet, this dreamy kitten often looks like she’s mentally floating somewhere far beyond the galaxy with her signature “1000-mile stare.” At first, Tempranillo can be a little bashful in new situations, preferring to quietly observe the world before joining in. But once she feels safe, her playful side starts to shine. She loves batting toys across the floor, sneaking into cozy hiding spots, and engaging in sudden bursts of kitten energy before drifting back into her own little daydream universe. She’s gentle, affectionate, and happiest with patient people who appreciate soft purrs, slow blinks, and the occasional moment where she completely forgets what she was doing halfway through doing it. Her tiny white socks and sweet nature make her impossible not to fall for. Tempranillo could be adopted alone but would prefer to spend her younger months with other family pets, someone who is home most of the day, or she would love to be adopted with her brother or one of her sisters, Bordeaux, Malbec, or Prosecco. She will be available for adoption after May 22, and will be spayed, vaccinated, de-wormed, and microchipped. Her mother tested negative for FIV, FelV, and heartworm. She is litterbox trained, eating dry and canned food, and easy to load in a carrier. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash). NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility. Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted.
