When it became clear Hazel was pregnant, she was finally brought inside. Just 36 hours later, on February 23, 2026, she gave birth to four beautiful kittens. **The Most Devoted Little Mama** 🍼🐱 From the very first moment, Hazel became the most devoted little mama anyone could ask for. Many young cats don’t know what to do with newborn kittens, but Hazel seemed born for motherhood. She patiently fed, cleaned, comforted, protected, and taught her babies everything they needed to know — from litter box manners to gentle play. She has been endlessly patient, calm, and nurturing every single day. What makes Hazel truly special is not just what a wonderful mother she is — it’s who she is. ✨ **A Gentle, Social Soul** ❤️ Although Hazel spent the beginning of her life outdoors, you would never guess it from her personality. She is unbelievably social, trusting, affectionate, and emotionally relaxed — the kind of cat who acts like she has belonged to a loving family her entire life. Hazel is one of the gentlest cats we have ever met. She absolutely loves people and trusts quickly and deeply. She adores being pet, scratched, held, and carried around by children. Our three children — ages 5 to 11 — had never had pets of their own before Hazel came into our home, and they loved her enthusiastically and constantly. She was picked up, carried around, dressed in doll clothes and accessories, taken on little walks in a harness, tucked into blankets, and included in endless kid adventures. Through all of it, Hazel simply went along with the flow in the sweetest, calmest way imaginable. She never became fearful or reactive — she just wanted to be near her people. 👗🎀 **Unfazed by the Chaos of Life** 🎶🎺 Loud noises and busy households barely faze her. Hazel has lived in a home full of children, constant activity, and nonstop sound — everything from tuba practice, drums, violin, and voice lessons to music playing throughout the house ranging from classical to Taylor Swift and K-pop. Running kids, excited playtime, music, and even the vacuum cleaner don’t seem to bother her at all. She simply adapts and keeps happily going with the flow. **The Perfect Companion** 🗣️💞 She is affectionate without being demanding, talkative without being noisy, playful without being wild. She follows you around when she’s hungry, happily chats with you about her day, and seems to genuinely listen when you talk to her. If you ask her to get off a counter, she calmly hops down. She tolerated doll glasses, doll clothes, and even a harness and leash with the patience of a tiny saint. She simply walks around as if she’s thinking, “Well, okay… if this makes everyone happy.” 👓😇 She loves wand toys, window watching, cozy naps, and being near her people. She would thrive with a loving single person, a calm home, or a busy family with children.
