About Journey
Journey is a female dilute tortoiseshell domestic shorthair with a gentle and curious nature. She loves pets and attention and will happily follow you around just to see what's going on. While she tolerates being held, she prefers to observe, nap in comfy beds, and soak in the world around her. Play isn’t her focus yet, but she might warm up to it in a quiet home. Journey has a goofy streak when the mood strikes, usually to make sure she’s the center of attention, but she also values her independence during her nap times. She’s best suited for a home with older children (ten and up) who understand and respect her boundaries. Journey could adapt to a home with a cat-friendly dog, provided introductions are slow and thoughtful. As for feline company, she’s content coexisting peacefully—even if it’s as the only cat or with another calm cat not seeking a playmate. Born April 16, Journey is an Aries, which might explain a little of her bold curiosity. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
