Meet Willow and Banyon, 3.5-year-old Golden Retriever/Spaniel/Terrier mixes with wonderful personalities that complement each other beautifully. Willow is approx. 60 pounds while her brother, Banyon, is 92 pounds (as of 5/13/26). This bonded pair were surrendered by their owners from Mississippi but can't wait to meet you! Get ready for two-times the fun! Willow is incredibly gentle, sweet, and affectionate. Her favorite thing in the world is curling up in someone’s lap while getting rubbed and loved on. Willow adores children ages 4 and up and happily gives kisses to show her affection. She’s also very smart, athletic, and fast, with an impressive jump and a playful personality. Willow especially loves playing with her brother Banyon. She does have a sensitive side: storms, thunder, and lightning make her nervous, and she somehow senses bad weather long before it arrives, quickly finding the safest spot in the house. This girl's psychic! She can also be a little unsure around babies and toddlers, though never aggressive, and she becomes much more comfortable once children are older. Banyon is the big lovable brother with solid muscle and an even biggeer personality. He looks a little like a Lab with a fox-shaped face, earning him the nickname “The Wizard.” He’s extremely athletic, energetic, and incredibly intelligent. He learns commands quickly and loves staying active. While Willow may stop after a couple miles on a run, Banyon is ready to win the marathon! Banyon truly loves his people. He gets so excited to see his humans that he'll jump up in greeting, and he’s a world-class licker who always wants to be close. If you sit down, Banyon will be right beside you wanting attention and affection. Even though he knows he’s not a lap dog, he still gets jealous when Willow gets the lap first. Typical siblings! These siblings are deeply bonded and truly take care of one another. Most evenings are spent with Willow curled up in a lap while Banyon leans beside the chair soaking up pets from the other hand. They play wonderfully together, never fight over food, and both take treats gently from your hand. They have experience with leashes, crates, know commands and appear to be house-trained. They haven't met cats but maybe one day. Two dogs are better than none! Bring these siblings home today! All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be. To adopt or learn more about Willow & Banyon, you must fill out an adoption application.
