About Rain
Meet Rain! Rain is an affectionate, quirky, and brave young cat whoās about 2 years old. Heās a petite, black Domestic Short Hair with a resilient spirit. Rain didnāt have an easy startāhe grew up in a crowded apartment with 20 other cats, often hiding away to avoid being bullied. When he was rescued, he was matted and had an untreated wound, but heās not letting his past shape his future. Rain is blossoming in foster care and shows a curious side, always polite with other cats. He loves gentle pets and will press his cheek into your hand for affection. Rain welcomes you home with happy rubs and appreciates every bit of attention. He feels most at ease if there are only one or two cats (including himself), as larger groups overwhelm him. He thrives on human company and would do best in a home where someone is around most of the timeāthink remote workers or retirees. Rainās gentle and submissive personality means he gets along well with both cats and children. Heās hoping for a calm, loving space where he can soak up companionship and continue to rediscover joy.
