Meet Bingo! B-I-N-G-O, Bingo was his nameo! Who doesn't love a good game of Bingo? Bingo is a patient and loving cat who is ready to find his next home! He loves to be scratched on his head and face, whether he's curled up in your bed or on the couch! He lived with children, other cats, and other dogs in the past, so with a slow transition he would likely do well with furry friends in the future. He may be a bit nervous when new people come to visit, or if the party gets a little too loud, but once it settles down he will make a celebrity appearance and come out to say hello. Once he is comfortable with you, he makes himself very known by rubbing on your legs and requesting nice head scratches. If Bingo sounds like the cat for you, come down and visit him! Ready to Adopt? You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You'll be able to meet available cats in the shelter. (Cats in foster care are not available for in-person visits.) #2- ADOPT REMOTELY OR PLACE A 24-HOUR HOLD** If you're ready to adopt without meeting the cat first, or you'd like to place a non-refundable $25 hold to reserve a cat for 24 hours, just call or email us: (413) 781-4000 x 1 springfield@dakinhumane.org.
