Meet Aurora ✨ Aurora is a 9-year-old Olde English Bulldog who recently found herself starting over after being surrendered. At her age, such a big life change hasn’t been easy. For the first week, she spent her days crying and anxiously waiting for her family to come back for her. It absolutely broke our hearts. Now that Aurora is settling into her new routine, her sweet personality is beginning to shine through, and she’s learning how to enjoy the simple things in life again. She loves slow walks where she can stop to sniff every flower along the way, soak up the sunshine on the porch while “working on her tan,” and spend time with her doggie friends — especially the boys! 💕 Aurora is looking for a calm, loving home where she can spend plenty of time with her people. She gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and would truly love a canine companion to enjoy her retirement years with. Aurora is currently on Proin ER for urinary incontinence. Since starting her medication, she has had no leaking issues at all. Her future family will need to continue this medication to keep her feeling her best. She may be considered a senior, but Aurora still has so much love and life left to give. All she wants is a soft place to land, a family to call her own, and someone willing to give her the happy ending she deserves. 🐾
