My name is Karen, a sweet, approximately, year old DSH who was brought to SCAS as a stray and was not reclaimed. I am a former mama (I clearly had kittens at some point in my life) who is eager to enjoy the life that a home affords. I am a very affectionate girl who is playful and loves to greet you with headbutts. The shelter does not yet know how I will do with other cats, dogs, or kids, but I am a very sweet lady so slow intros may prove I get along with everyone. As I am not yet spayed, my adoption is currently restricted to Stafford, Caroline, Culpeper, Fauquier, Spotsylvania, King George, Prince William, or the City of Fredericksburg. My adoption fee is $35 and adoptions are first-come, first-served, and picture ID/proof of current address is required at time of adoption.
