About Holstein
Holstein and his best friend Jersey are a bonded pair of young, energetic tuxedo cats who absolutely belong together. Both have spent their lives immersed in the center of household chaos: raised indoors around people, cats, and a dog, they’re used to being in the thick of things. Holstein is the quintessential cuddle machine—he'll melt into your arms and purr at the drop of a hat, following you for affection and handling medication like a champ. He's wrapping up treatment for FIP, and as of December 28, he’s expected to require no special care moving forward. Jersey, meanwhile, is the ringleader of snack procurement and 3am shenanigans, with a purr that announces his every arrival and a relentless hunger for both food and attention—although he’s far too busy to be held for long. Together, they form a high-octane duo: playmates, sleep buddies, partners in crime, and expert cuddling diplomats with both other cats and a young golden retriever in the home. Their next family must understand that separating them is not on the table and that banishing them from the bedroom would be met with full-scale feline protest. These two provide nonstop action, affection, and weirdness; they’re not background cats, but main characters. If you’ve got space and heart for both, their adoption story might be the highlight of your year. Click apply to start the adoption process.
