Philip is a goofy little guy with a fun Bulldog attitude. He is sweet, friendly, loves attention and can be protective of his people. Philip came to us extremely overweight, he has been on a feeding program and is looking great! He does have a skin condition that is being addressed, at this point we are not sure if he will need medications going forward. Phillip is need of a medical foster. Breed experience would be a plus. 4 years old and 57 pounds. '
