About Donut • Cute Video
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Meet Donut, an adorable female Chihuahua/Terrier mix who is about 5-6 years old and weighs around 16 lbs. This tri-colored cutie had a tough time adapting to the shelter environment, but since entering foster care in the Scotts Valley, CA area, she's blossomed. Donut is shy and timid at first, needing a patient adopter who will give her time to build up confidence and settle into her new home. Once she feels safe, she truly shines and gets along well with other dogs—she loves to play and share toys. Having a friendly canine companion in her new family would be a wonderful bonus for her. Donut is house-trained, crate-trained, and even uses a doggie door. Taking walks is still a new experience for her, so a harness is most comfortable. If you're ready to give this gentle soul the time and support she needs to thrive, Donut will reward you with her sweet personality. Click apply to start the adoption process.
