Meet Mister! This distinguished gentleman is estimated to be around 12 years young. While his breed is a bit of a mystery (we think we'll have a better idea once his fur grows back!), his heart is an open book. Mister has been through a lot. As a stray, we believe he suffered a stroke at some point, which is why his head adorably tilts to the side. An x-ray even revealed a bullet from his past, but don't worry, that's all behind him! Despite his tough past, Mister is a lover, not a fighter. He'll happily come to you for cuddles and soak up all the affection you can give. He's got a surprising amount of spunk for a senior dog and enjoys nothing more than sprawling out on a blanket or in the warm sunshine for a good nap. Mister is potty-trained, though he may have the occasional accident due to his age. He doesn't seem to mind noise (possibly because he can't hear very well!), and he's a big fan of mealtime and treats. He's been around cats, dogs, infants, and toddlers, and gets along with everyone! He doesn't bark much, but when he does, his little howl is guaranteed to melt your heart. Mister is looking for a calm and loving home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by affection.
