About Ruby
Ruby is a joyful 7-month-old puppy with a playful spirit and a loving heart, eager to jump into any adventure that comes his way. He loves chasing after his siblings, exploring every corner, and snuggling up with people whenever he can. Despite a rough start—left in a box outside the shelter with his siblings, cold and hungry—Ruby bounced back with the help of rescue folks who made sure he was safe and cared for. He’s grown into a happy, healthy, and friendly pup who brightens every room. Ruby is crate trained, making the transition to a new home easier, and he’s already well on his way with housetraining. Given his curious energy and medium size, he fits a variety of homes—just needs patience and guidance as he continues learning like any young dog. Ruby is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, fully vetted, and protected against parasites. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and children, and greets new situations with curiosity and cheer. He’s ready to head to New York in May and is looking for a committed adopter or foster-to-adopt family who’s ready for a playful, affectionate companion. Libras like Ruby are known for their sweetness and sense of balance—traits you’ll see right away. This could be the start of something good for everyone. Ready to fall in love?
