Hi, my name is Koneko, which means 'kitten' in Japanese - That's because I am my human mom's baby! As a cat, I am suppose to be the center of the universe, but as my human siblings have gotten older, they have gotten busier with school and other activities. My mom knows that I am missing our cuddle time, when she brushes me and I really like that. She wants me to be happy, so she is working with SCC to find me a new home. So, let me tell you about myself. I am about three years old. I would probably do much better in a quieter home. Somebody that is home more would be great! I might be a bit timid at first but I do love to be with my humans. Admittedly, toddlers are a bit overwhelming to me. They can be noisy and also demanding of mom's attention. I don't have any dog or other cat experience, not sure how I feel about sharing. I have lived an indoor life and that suits me just fine. I am microchipped and very good with my litterbox.
