He’s been through a lot in a short life. medical notes show past tapeworms, vaccines, treatment, and most recently a small kennel injury from a dog interaction that led to care being provided. there are also notes about altercations in a high stress play yard environment, which has now landed him on the most at risk list. but what stands out in front of me is not a “dangerous” dog. it’s a dog in a chaotic environment, reacting like so many dogs do when overstimulated, confined, and constantly rotated through stressful introductions and kennel stress.
