About Jase
Meet Jase! Jase has spent some time in shelter life, so the routine is familiar to him, but there’s still a bit of hesitation as he gets used to being back. He seems a little unsure at first, likely disappointed that his last home didn’t turn out to be forever. Underneath that, though, is a cuddly, affectionate cat who enjoys calm moments and craves attention from his people. Jase is happiest lounging around and soaking up love, though he’ll mix things up now and then with short bursts of playfulness. He’s house trained, never misses the litter box, and has no desire to sneak out—just a solid citizen all around. Jase does not want to share his home or human with dogs; he made his feelings clear in his last home and needs to be dog-free this time. He'll thrive in a relaxing environment where he’s the star of the show. Jase is FIV positive, meaning his immune system needs a bit of extra care, but with regular vet visits and a low-stress life, cats like him can live many happy, healthy years. FIV isn’t a risk for people or other species, but Jase would do best as an only cat (or with other calm, non-combative FIV+ cats). They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
