Meet Smooch! Smooch 4 years old and 57 lbs, and was found as a stray in a stranger's backyard. Since arriving, she's shown she's a gentle, social girl who does great with kids, other dogs, and meeting new people. She walks well on leash with only mild pulling, comes out of her kennel nicely, and really starts to relax once she's in a yard. That's usually when you'll see her zoomies, fence-running with dog friends, and then switching into toy mode. Smooch is very smart and treat motivated. She knows sit, shake, down, roll over, and is working on spin! She's calm and low energy in her kennel, but once she's comfortable she's affectionate and actively seeks attention. Overall Smooch is just a sweet, friendly girl who's easy to love. As always, we strongly recommend that resident dogs meet any new potential canine family members. If bringing a resident dog for a dog to dog test, please bring proof of Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines.
