About Boscoe
Boscoe is a medium-sized, brindle and white Boxer mix with a knack for capturing attention and hearts. At just under two years old, he prefers the quiet comforts of home: a soft bed, rolling in the grass, and plenty of cuddle time with his people. Boscoe tries his best to be a lap dog, unconcerned with the logistics of his size, and never shies away from giving affection. He's devoted, loyal, and forms deep bonds with his family. Boscoe handles crate time well, is fully house and crate trained, and has quickly picked up leash manners in his foster home, though he would relish a space where he could really stretch his legs. Boscoe does well with other dogs, but he shows his best side when he's the only pet soaking up all the love. He’s a big, playful guy—sometimes a little unaware of his own strength—so he’s best matched with older children rather than little ones. Cats are not for him. If he senses the need to go out, he’ll politely let you know with a bark. When meeting new people, he can seem shy but warms up quickly. One of his quirks is gently nibbling, a habit that he uses to show affection during downtime. He prefers a night-light and isn’t a fan of total darkness. You might notice a scar on his back—most likely an old burn, but it hasn’t dulled his spirit or trust. Boscoe is playful, loving, and eager for a home that values his goofy, loyal nature.
