Coming to us from Southern Illinois, she was found as a stray and ended up at animal control before making her way into our rescue. Now she’s ready for a fresh start with a family of her own. At just 31 pounds, she’s like a miniature husky—small, stunning, and full of charm. She has a sweet, gentle demeanor and loves being around both people and other dogs. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes and enjoys having canine companionship. She’s currently working on potty training while staying at our shelter, where she spends long hours alone, so she’ll benefit from patience, consistency, and a home environment to help her succeed. She is crate trained and goes into her crate easily, making her a wonderful candidate for a smooth transition into a foster or adoptive home. Her energy level is medium, and she loves going for walks, spending time with her people, and simply being close to others—whether that’s humans or fellow pups. She has a calm, loving nature and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal and affectionate dog. She’s small, beautiful, and so deserving of a family to call her own.
