About Cheddar Bay Biscuit

Cheddar Bay Biscuit is a dollop of cuteness! This adorable boy mixes sweet cuddles with bursts of puppy energy. At about ten weeks old, this little "Biscuit" is a loving and active pup! He is busy learning all about doggie life from his canine foster siblings, and he is eager to play with the family cat. Biscuit loves to pounce on his stuffed animals, eat like it's going out of style, follow his foster humans, curl up on laps when he is tired, then get the wiggles and do it all over again. This little darling is growing fast and meeting so many puppy milestones! He even had his first zoomie around the yard this week! He explores and romps with the toys in his pen, tires himself out, and then becomes the ultimate little cuddle bug! As a puppy, Cheddar Bay Biscuit's house training is a work in progress. Biscuit has used his piddle pads many times, and when crated, will cry to go outside to relieve himself. Notably, Cheddar Bay Biscuit is a very smart little guy. He has learned where the back door is, and he often asks to go out to do his business. Continued training, structure, and guidance will help to build consistency with his house training. Biscuit has juvenile cellulitis, also known as puppy strangles. It is an autoimmune condition that causes sores on his face and belly. His medication is helping him get better every day! The sores on his little tummy are almost all gone, and those on his face are clearing up nicely. Now you can see the cute freckles on his nose! Interestingly, Biscuit was thought to be a pit bull terrier mix. Now that the swelling of his muzzle has gone down, and his left ear is starting to stand up, Biscuit is starting to look like he might have border collie, sheltie, or Australian shepherd heritage. One thing is for sure--whatever his background, Biscuit is a bundle of love! In short, Cheddar Bay Biscuit is already blossoming into a playful and loving family companion. Please contact Border Tails Rescue if you can give Biscuit a forever home full of the love, care, patience, consistency, and kindness he deserves! Thank you for letting us foster him!
