Animal Information: Jasper is a 10-month-old, 17lb Chihuahua mix with the sweetest face and the oldest soul. This little gentleman was lucky to be fostered by the Stanislaus Shelter, where his foster quickly knew he was something special. He is friendly, easygoing, and one of those dogs that just gets along with everyone. Jasper is going to be an amazing companion for one lucky family here in the PNW.
