Thank you for your interest in adopting Ella! Ella was surrendered to a veterinarians office. The owner claimed that she did not get along with a small dog in the house. The veterinarian said that Ella was in the home for three years before they got this small dog. Ella was in boarding for two months before the vet veterinarian asked us if we could find her a Foster Home and get her out of boarding. Ella lives in a Foster Home with a working couple, a couple of adult dogs, and cats that she may see, but does not interact with. Foster Mom thinks she would chase the cats. Ella is 3 1/2 years old and weighs 63 pounds. We do not expect her to grow any larger. Her Foster Mom does walk her in the neighborhood and she takes her on hikes on the weekend when she's able to. She says that Ella is an active dog that should have a fenced yard. Her foster family thinks a lot of Ella and would be happy to speak with you. Our Adopters usually FaceTime or video chat so that they can see the dog in real time. She has not lived with young children so we'd prefer teenagers for her. Ella's adoption includes, spay, rabies, vaccines, microchip, and 6 months flea/heartworm prevention. She comes with her records. Transport and a health check from a licensed veterinarian also included. Ella lives on an Alabama foster home and will transport when adopted. Next transport delivers 5/22 and 5/23.
