Pandora is a name with Greek origins meaning "all-gifted" and our Pandora certainly is - she's pretty, dainty, and has striking tabby markings on super soft white fur. She's a very small cat - petite in every way except she has the biggest personality! Pandora LOVES to be involved with everything her foster family does. She greets everyone who comes over and basks in being told how friendly she is, how charming, how pretty! Pandora helps with all your chores too - she makes sure you wash the dishes correctly, assists with laundry and thinks changing sheets on the bed is the most fun ever. Chores will never be boring again with Pandora to help out! But don't worry, when you're done with all that, she'll hop up on your lap for a visit while you read a book, scroll on your phone or work on your laptop. She is so sweet, she will purr happily while perched on your lap and sleep curled up by your legs at night. Pandora was a stray kitten who must have gotten pregnant in her first heat, about 3-4 months old. Elpis, her hope, was born while Pandora was just a kitten herself, 5-6 months old, she is so young she still had baby teeth when she was spayed at 8-9months old, with a 3 month old kitten at the time. Pandora has given so much of herself, she always let Elpis play with the toy, have the lap, whatever he needs & wants while clearly loving and adoring him. They are the best of friends now, because they are so close in age they act more like siblings! Pandora is taking back her lost time - it's time for Pandora to be a kitten again, to get the chance now that she didn't have before. She loves to play chase, wrestle and pounce with the other cats (Elpis is her favorite to play with!) or chirp adorably while chasing a spring toy around by herself. She's a little chatty, with a cute meow and chirps. When she's done playing she will curl up with Elpis so they can nap together. Pandora is looking for her forever family where she can be the one taken care of rather than having to be the caregiver, she's decided being a kitten again is way more fun! She's good with respectful children of any age, loves to play with them, and is likely fine with other cats. She enjoys playing with her foster family's cats, she's confident and will stand up for herself - she might be tiny but no one will push her around! Like her namesake, Pandora is curious - curious about this wonderful life inside a home, hoping for her forever family to find her, soon! You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page: Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
