About Evelyn

Evelyn is a 1.5-year-old spayed female Staffie/Cattledog mix, weighing 44 lbs with a short black and cream coat. She’s the kind of dog that brings energy to every part of her day—whether charging into walks with a mission or tossing toys around the yard for her own amusement. Evelyn adores full-body hugs, car rides, and thrives on lots of outdoor play. She’s house trained, crate trained, and leash trained, with a smart and alert personality—she’ll notice when you pick up your shoes from two rooms away, or even open her own kennel if left to her own devices. Evelyn shines in active homes that enjoy regular walking and time outside, and she gets along well with both kids and adults. She does live in high definition: squirrels, crows, and anything that scampers may get her attention, but that adds character. Her start wasn’t easy; she was abandoned in a hotel room with her puppies and had to be fiercely protective. Now, after seeing her babies adopted out, she’s ready to move on and become a loving part of a family. Evelyn is currently fostered in Eugene/Springfield, OR.
