About Bailey
Bailey is a lovely 2-year-old retriever/Carolina Dog mix currently in Alexandria, VA. Her foster dad can’t say enough good things—she walks well on leash, enjoys riding in the truck, and likes trips to PetSmart. Bailey starts off a bit timid but warms up quickly, greeting new people with friendliness and gentleness. She patiently spends time with a neighbor's 2-year-old boy and easily makes friends with other dogs in the area. Inside, she’s house trained, goes into her crate willingly, and knows how to sit on command. Bailey is calm and will quietly watch over her person while they’re busy around the house or yard. She’s smart, even-tempered, and, as her foster says, has a heart of gold. Bailey was recently returned through no fault of her own and is back in foster care, waiting for her chance at a forever home. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
