Since arriving at the rescue he has been in foster care, busy discovering the world. He's learned what stairs are (still a work in progress!), what toys are (very exciting), and that sticks and grass are basically treasures. One of his greatest joys is chasing and playing with other dogs - he's curious, social, and always ready for a new adventure. Cicadia is growing into a high-energy pup who will thrive with a family ready to embrace both sides of him: the cuddly snuggle bug and the playful explorer.
