About Little Luna

Little Luna is a three-year-old rat terrier mix with a gentle, shy personality and a deep well of affection for those who earn her trust. At first, she keeps her distance, but give her time and patience and she’ll open up into a loyal, devoted companion who wants nothing more than to shadow her person throughout the day. Luna bonds hard and will reward your kindness with incredible loyalty and quiet companionship. She’s happiest in a peaceful home with adopters who have time and patience to help her adjust—retirees or work-from-home folks in Southern Indiana would be a great fit. Luna is already spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, house trained, heartworm negative, and ready for a new start. She gets along well with both dogs and cats. Take her for long leash walks or enjoy a cozy evening of cuddles—she’s wonderful at both. Click apply to start the adoption process.
