Spunky Arlo is a 6-month-old pitbull mix that weighs only 23lbs. Arlo has typical puppy energy and enjoys bouncing around. He appears to be interested in other dogs, does great with volunteers and is hopefully to be out of the shelter into a home soon! No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
