Rosie girl is as sweet and wiggly as they come! She is a petite 5-year-old Pitbull mix and only weighs 32lbs. Rosie was transferred to us from a partner rescue and only has three legs. Being a tripod does not slow her down. She loves people and happily greets everyone that offers her attention. She is a happy go lucky girl that will make a great companion. No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
