This handsome 2 year old orange tabby boy was surrendered to the rescue through no fault of his own and is ready to find a loving forever home. He is one of the sweetest cats you could ever meet - gentle, quiet, and incredibly affectionate, with not a mean bone in his body. More than anything, Cheese craves attention and loves being close to his people. If you sit down he will come over for back scratches, cheek rubs, and all the affection you’re will to give! He has a calm, well-mannered personality and a soft loving nature that makes him such an easy companion to adore. He can be fearful around dogs, so he would do best in a calmer home with minimal loud noise and plenty of cozy places to relax. Cheese isn’t shy - just peaceful and polite - and he would thrive with someone who wants a loyal companion always ready for love and attention. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
